The Role:
This is a rare and high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced corporate tax specialist to step into a pivotal role within the firm. Working closely with the tax and leadership team, you will play a key role in leading and developing the tax function, while contributing to the wider strategic direction of the business. The role offers a unique blend of technical advisory work, client relationship management, team leadership, and business development. There is also the opportunity to share in the firm’s continued success through a growth share scheme.
You will work with a broad portfolio of SME and owner-managed businesses, providing both strategic insight and hands-on technical expertise across a range of complex corporate tax matters.
Alongside delivering high-quality client service, you will take an active role in leading and developing the tax team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. You will also contribute to raising the firm’s profile in the market and supporting its ongoing growth strategy.
Experience Required:
We are keen to speak with commercially minded corporate tax professionals who bring both technical strength and leadership capability.
You will ideally:
Be CTA qualified (or equivalent) with significant experience advising corporate clients
Have strong technical knowledge across UK corporate tax, including advisory work
Demonstrate a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Be a confident leader, with experience developing and mentoring others
Bring a collaborative, forward-thinking approach and a genuine desire to contribute to a growing firm
