As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an accomplished VAT specialist to take ownership of high-profile projects, help lead a talented team, and act as a trusted advisor to clients on a wide range of complex and high-value matters.
The Role:
Lead the delivery of VAT services across a varied client base, ensuring technical excellence and commercial insight.

Advise on domestic and international VAT matters, providing strategic guidance to minimise risk and optimise tax efficiency.
Oversee complex VAT compliance and advisory assignments, from initial scoping to delivery.
Keep clients and colleagues informed of legislative changes, translating technical updates into clear, actionable advice.
Collaborate with other departments to offer joined-up, value-added solutions.
Contribute to business development by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and supporting proposals.
Champion process improvements to ensure efficient, consistent, and high-quality service delivery.
Experience Required:
Professionally qualified (CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with extensive experience in VAT consultancy and compliance.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team.
Strong track record of advising on complex VAT issues for a broad range of clients, ideally including international operations.
Commercially minded with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Confident communicator with the ability to present technical matters clearly to both clients and colleagues.
Adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
