Are you looking for your next step in tax within a professional services environment? This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded Private Wealth team, working alongside experienced tax specialists, accountants, and advisors to deliver an exceptional service to clients.

Our client is a forward-thinking professional services firm known for its collaborative culture and supportive environment. You’ll benefit from hybrid working (typically 3 days in the office and 2 days from home) as well as flexibility around part-time or adjusted hours to suit your circumstance

The Role:

As a Tax Senior, you’ll take responsibility for:

  • Preparing self-assessment tax returns for senior stakeholders.

  • Arranging payments of tax liabilities and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

  • Providing ad hoc advice on personal tax matters throughout the year.

  • Liaising with internal teams and external contacts to deliver high-quality work.

  • Supervising and supporting junior team members, including tax apprentices.

This is a role where you’ll enjoy genuine responsibility, client contact, and the chance to develop your skills in a supportive and professional environment.

Experience Required::

  • Previous experience in personal tax within professional services or practice

  • Strong technical knowledge of self-assessment tax returns and compliance processes

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is desirable

  • ATT or CTA qualification (or working towards) advantageous but not essential
