They work with a broad portfolio of privately owned businesses, entrepreneurial groups and high-net-worth individuals, often with complex, cross-border structures. The Role:
This is a key appointment within their Private Client Tax team, offering the chance to work closely with senior leadership on a variety of compliance and advisory assignments. While you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, there is also plenty of scope to get involved in project-based work, including:
Residence and domicile issues for internationally mobile clients.
Inheritance tax and estate planning.
Structuring trusts and family wealth arrangements.
Advising on business restructures, succession plans and shareholder matters.
Cross-border tax planning and the use of double taxation treaties.
You’ll take ownership of your workload from start to finish, reviewing compliance work, delivering clear and practical advice, and maintaining strong client relationships. Alongside technical delivery, you will help develop the skills of the team, providing mentoring and guidance to ensure continued high standards.
Experience Required:
We’re looking for an experienced tax professional (CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with a strong background in personal tax compliance and advisory work. You’ll be commercially minded, able to manage projects effectively, and confident building trusted, long-term relationships. Previous experience within a mid-tier or large independent practice would be ideal. You will be able to demonstrate your understanding of tax law and regulations in reference to personal tax compliance as well as examples of advisory work previously undertaken.
