The Role:

As a Corporate Finance Executive, you will play a hands-on role in supporting live transactions and advisory projects from an early stage through to completion. Working closely with Partners and Managers, you will help deliver a range of corporate finance services including business disposals, acquisitions, fundraising assignments and strategic advisory work.

You will be involved in financial analysis, valuations and modelling, preparing reports and supporting client meetings. The role offers broad exposure across different sectors and deal types, with increasing responsibility as your experience develops.

Key elements of the role include:

  • Supporting transactions across the full deal lifecycle

  • Assisting with financial modelling, valuations and commercial analysis

  • Preparing research, sector insights and transaction materials

  • Contributing to proposals, pitches and business development activity

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across tax, audit and advisory teams

  • Building strong working relationships with clients and external advisers

Experience Required:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or approaching qualification

  • Strong financial and analytical skills with confidence working in Excel

  • Commercial mindset with an interest in transactions and deal advisory

  • Clear communicator, able to present findings and insights effectively

  • Experience in practice, corporate finance, audit or advisory environment
