The Role:
This position offers the opportunity to take a lead role in managing a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact and building long-term relationships. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of their accounting and compliance requirements, reviewing work prepared by the team, and delivering insightful commercial advice.
Plenty of client contact is a given – you’ll meet regularly with business owners and finance teams, helping them to understand their financial position and plan for the future. As the firm continues to expand, you’ll also have the chance to get involved in new projects and support the development of the wider team.
Experience Required:
We’re looking for a qualified accountant (ACCA or ACA) with strong practice experience and excellent client-facing skills. You’ll be confident managing multiple relationships, able to review and interpret accounts, and comfortable providing clear, practical advice. A proactive approach and a commercial mindset will see you thrive in this fast-paced and supportive environment.
