Xero Accountant

A great opportunity for an experienced Accountant in the use of Xero who would value the flexibility of working from home or the office with this northeast accountants as they seek to appoint.

We are looking for an Accountant (ACA/ACCA) part or fully qualified who is self-sufficient and able to work on their own initiative without the requirement for technical accounting support.

Working with Xero you will be preparing statutory year end accounts and corporation tax returns for a portfolio of SME clients ready for Manager review. Accounts will present at a trial balance stage for you to then complete ready for finalising.

It is paramount that applicants have a working knowledge of Xero and have experience from an accountancy firm.  Good communication skills are essential, especially for those working remotely.

You will need to attend the office either once a week for those living locally or once a month for these based elsewhere in the UK.

This is a full-time position and whilst hours can be flexible you do need to be available to deliver to your clients and meet deadlines.
