We are excited to be working with a large accounting practice who hold a wealth of expertise available to their clients. They are looking to strengthen their services further with the addition of a new Tax Partner to their offices in Leeds.
In what is a rare opportunity to join at Partner level, this offers the successful individual a role encompassing both the delivery of bespoke tax consultancy advice and solutions as well as strategic input and team leadership.
Playing a leading role in delivery of tax advice across the region and the management of your own client portfolio for both you and your team, ensuring effective workflow is key. Working towards KPI’s and adhering to scope and budget will all become part of strong job management.
In addition to high service level deliverables my client is looking for an individual who enjoys the client interaction and business development aspects of their role. We are searching for someone who is a natural when it comes to engagement and is able to lead their team on business generation as well as considering referrals to other service lines.
The client base is varied whilst it does maintain a few specialisms. We would be interested in hearing from those with a mixed background in their tax practice or at least some awareness of all areas recognising most will have a specific area of expertise. Exposure to SME, OMB’s and family groups will be of most benefit for our client base.
We would expect applicants to be ACA/CTA (or equivalent) qualified already operating at a senior level within a tax position preferably in the local marketplace.
