Practice Accountant

Having enjoyed continuous growth over the last few years this firm of Chartered Accountants are looking to open an additional office in North Tyneside and are seeking a Practice Accountant or Accounts Senior to support with their expansion.

Joining at an exciting time with a new office and new team of existing and new staff you will be instrumental in their growth journey. With no timesheets and a paperless office this is likely to be an attractive position to many.

We are looking for an accounting professional who has UK experience from an accountancy firm who can bring their knowledge. Your role will be very varied, preparing year end accounts for small businesses using cloud based software (Sage, Xero). You will also complete quarterly VAT returns. There will be the chance to visit clients at their premises although most of the work will be delivered from the office.

This is not a training role so does require prior experience from an accountancy firm however it will offer ongoing training and development.

This is a full-time position but does come with the benefit of an early (2pm) finish on a Friday each week.
