Personal Tax Assistant Manager

A successfully growing accountancy firm in Newcastle are looking to appoint a Personal Tax Assistant Manager to their compliance team.

Bringing with you a minimum of 5 years experience working in a tax compliance capacity you will be responsible for working with a range of HNWI, Directors, Partnerships and other clients supporting them with their self-assessment taxes. Overseeing the work of more juniors and lending a hand and regular guidance to them, you will also have your own case-load of complex clients to look after.

We are seeking an ATT qualified at minimum, preferably CTA part or fully qualified tax advisor who is able to operate at a supervisory level with a view to following a progression path to Manager.

With first class communication skills you will be able to liaise confidently with both clients, colleagues and external bodies such as HMRC in order to ensure timely delivery of your clients affairs. A broad knowledge in all areas of personal tax is sought as you act as first point of contact for your client queries, however the firm have specialists at hand who will be able to support on any challenging queries.
