No two days will be the same and your work will be kept interesting by the varied portfolio of clients you will have the opportunity to work with. Whether that be a large private company, a local SME or a Charity that supports the homeless, you will be encouraged to get involved in working with all clients.
You will be exposed to all aspects of the audit process, tailored to your level of experience as an Audit Assistant Manager to include planning, identifying key risks, assessing how to test them and reviewing budgets through to completing an analytical review. You will actively lead on audits as well as supervise and delegate work, feeding back to clients with in-depth client and industry knowledge. As you become more familiar with your position you will also start to naturally spot cross-selling opportunities for your colleagues. Your communication with more seniors managers and Partners throughout the process will be an important element in your work and also development.
We are looking for?
Applicants must be ACA/ACCA qualified with a minimum of three years experience in audit.
You will have experience of planning and completing audits as well as using an analytical review process and delegating and reviewing work of trainees within the team.
Most importantly we want you to enjoy building relationships with your clients with a genuine interest in your day to day role. Being authentic and passionate about what you do is important and will come across, so it is important that both clients and your work colleagues can see this drive and energy. With this you will naturally take the lead and care about the results you deliver
