Accounts & Outsourcing Assistant

A fast growing accounting practice in Stockton are looking to welcome a new member to their friendly team to support with a growing portfolio of clients.

Bringing a minimum of 2 years experience from an accounting firm you will be able to produce first draft statutory year end accounts for sole traders, Partnerships and Limited companies. A hands on approach is sought as you become involved in bookkeeping, cloud accounting and general compliance for your clients. There will be the occasional on site visit but most of your work can be completed in the office. Working with multiple software we would like you to bring experience in any of the following: Xero, Sage, Quickbooks, free-agent or similar.

Applicants will ideally be AAT qualified or equivalent as a minimum.

The role will provide you with the opportunity to develop and take on further responsibility, for those who desire, but can equally accommodate those happy working at their current level for the longer-term. My client is able to support fully with study.  Both full and reduced hours are being considered, so please do express an interest and let us know what will work for you and we will do out best to accommodate.
